1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The following are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
2. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact Us: Email 2454265601@qq.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Get Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the return shipping address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us at 2454265601@qq.com.
5. Return Shipping & Address
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- The return address will be provided when your return is authorized. Please do not send returns to our company office address, as this will delay processing.
6. Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Final sale or clearance items may only be exchanged for store credit if they meet all other return conditions.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at 2454265601@qq.com with photos or video of the item and its packaging. We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
