  • Order Verification: For security reasons, high-value orders or those with unusual activity may require additional verification, which could extend processing by up to 1 business day. You will be notified if this occurs.

5. International Shipping

At this time, ValuePromo does not offer shipping outside of the United States and its territories. We are exploring future expansion.


6. Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking Information: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. We are not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier or for theft after delivery.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, and the package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address inaccurately provided during checkout.
  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us at 2454265601@qq.com. We will initiate a carrier investigation and help resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
